Sighing away a dream

Standing in front of the unfinished building she looked, with a tear in her eye. The bay window in front was to overlook the garden where the little one could play and she could watch from her kitchen. The dream of the gurgle and the sparkling laughter. It would all remain ,just a dream...

Pathless dreams

A smile that could lighten
The hearts and souls
The presence, the absence
Making it felt

The seconds ponder
The voices linger
Thoughts arise
And stand still

Dreams ride on a journey
Moving along paths
Parallel to their thoughts
And emotions across

Fulfilled ambitions
Soaring upto the skies
Seeking support
Clinging onto the other path

Weighing it down
Not letting it fly
One dream and the other
Watching it dissolve

Trying to reach out
But feeling just empty
Sparkles, where once
The bright light just shone by
